Requirements:
- Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse State license.
- BLS certification.
- **Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
- **Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients under the guidance of RNs or physicians.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds while monitoring for infection or complications.
- Continuously monitor and document patients' vital signs.
- Maintain detailed patient records and educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
- Respond swiftly during medical emergencies and adhere to infection control procedures.
- **Every weekend Commitment
- **ALL RTO must be approved before finalizing contract
- **Must have own transportation. This area has very limited public transportation. What we do have is unreliable.
