Requirements:- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in ICU, PCU, or critical care nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- BLS and ACLS required; specialty critical care certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:- Continuously assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, blood products, and advanced interventions safely.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in patient status.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management.
- Document care accurately and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
