Requirements:- Active RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- BLS required; PALS preferred
- Previous pediatric or acute care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and family-centered care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in an acute care setting
- Perform age-appropriate assessments and monitor patient status
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Respond to changes in condition and initiate appropriate interventions
- Document care accurately in the EMR
