Requirements:- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in progressive care, step-down, or critical care preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- BLS required; ACLS preferred.
Responsibilities:- Monitor patient conditions and vital signs closely.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Respond to changes in patient status and escalate care when necessary.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Document patient care accurately and collaborate with the healthcare team.
