- Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours)

Requirements:- Active RN license in practicing state required.
- Experience in SNF, LTC, or rehab preferred.
- Current BLS required; ACLS may be required.
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of SNF regulations and infection control.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Patient Care & Assessment:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions regularly.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Document all patient care and progress in the EMR.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Education:
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health.
