REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Required:
- General, Spinal, Epidural Anesthesia
- Regional Anesthesia Surgery
- OB, Neurosurgical Cases
- Thoracic cases (except open heart)
- Complex orthopedic cases
- Pain management techniques
- Post-op epidural & extremity blocks
- Epidural steroid for Lumbar & Cervical
- Transforaminal
- Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
- Ventilation management
- Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
- C-Line, A-Line, PA Catheter placement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC/BE
- Licenses: Licensed in MO
- Certifications: ACLS, BNDD
- DEA, CSR
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services under medical direction.
- Serve as backup call for the physician for OR and OB cases.
- Manage ventilation and acute volume/BP issues.
- Perform central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placements.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety during surgical procedures.
