Requirements:- Active RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- BLS required; PALS preferred
- Previous pediatric or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and family-centered care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic setting
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care in a pediatric outpatient clinic
- Perform age-appropriate assessments and obtain vital signs
- Administer immunizations and medications as ordered
- Assist with exams and minor procedures
- Educate parents and caregivers on child health and development
- Triage calls and address patient concerns
- Coordinate referrals, labs, and follow-up care
- Document care and interactions in the EMR
