- Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours)
- Rate: 47.2
Requirements:- Active RN license in practicing state required.
- ICU or critical care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- BLS and ACLS required; specialty ICU certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:- Critical Monitoring:
- Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients.
- Administer medications, blood products, and lifesupport.
- Intervention & Safety:
- Respond promptly to emergencies and status changes.
- Document care accurately in the patient record.
- Teamwork & Support:
- Educate patients and families on care and processes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team.
