Requirements:- Must hold active RN license in practicing state.
- Med-Surg nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- BLS required; ACLS preferred per unit needs.
Responsibilities:- Clinical Care:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
- Documentation & Coordination:
- Document care accurately in the patient record.
- Communicate all changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Patient & Team Support:
- Educate patients and families on care and health goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care planning.
