Requirements:- Active RN license

- Knowledge of safety and crisis management protocols
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities::- Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and monitor responses
- Ensure patient safety and therapeutic environment
- Document care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
- Follow organizational policies and regulatory standards
