An addiction medicine clinic is seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
As much as you've heard about New York City there are still constantly changing things to do. Everywhere you look, you can find little coffee shops to stop in or bars to have a drink at after work! Take some time at Central Park to take in the sites while on assignment. There are tours for everything in the city so be sure to research what you want to do before heading to the city that never sleeps.
This role is open to NP/PAs and offers a Monday-Friday schedule (8 AM-4 PM or 9 AM-5 PM) with a flexible lunch break. There is no call, and the provider will see approximately 8-10 adult patients per day, primarily for intake physicals. Candidates should have prior experience in addiction medicine and be eligible for Medicaid. Required certifications include FM, IM, DEA, NPI, and Medicaid #. The facility does not require COVID or flu vaccination and provides strong support, including a medical director, full nursing staff, and other NPs.
