Qualifications:
RN, ACLS, PALS
2 + years leadership experience
Oversees Inpatient areas including Med/Surg, ICU, Case Management and Respiratory Therapy
Attain goals of superior patient safety, patient and family satisfaction
Analyzes activities and costs and operations of Inpatient areas
Provides and coordinates staff education
Works closely with clinical leader
