Permanent Physician - General Surgery Opportunity – Near Carlsbad, NM

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon for a permanent position near Carlsbad, NM. This opportunity offers the chance to partner with an experienced general surgeon and a colorectal surgeon in a hospital-employed role. • Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center


• Specialties: Bread and butter surgery, basic trauma, plastics, vascular, head and neck, colorectal, and common bile duct explorations

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with an established general surgeon and colorectal surgeon to provide comprehensive care


• Perform up to 30% endoscopy, including screening colonoscopies, EGDs, PEGs, and advanced polypectomies


• Handle a broad scope of general surgeries, including common bile duct explorations and minor trauma cases


• Collaborate with a supportive team in a hospital-employed setting


• No commute required—single-site practice offers convenience and stability

Qualifications:

• Board Certification: Must be board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery within the United States


• Experience: New graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
