We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hematologist/Oncologist for a locum tenens opportunity near Kingman, AZ. Shift Details:

Shift Type: Day shifts, Monday to Friday

Schedule:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No on-call requirements

Setting:
- Outpatient clinic with hospital rounds when necessary
- Both inpatient and outpatient care required

Responsibilities:

Coverage: Full-time provider needed to manage Oncology services

Duties:
- Clinic hours with patient consultations
- Hospital rounds for inpatients
- High patient volume, including hospital consults as needed

Systems & Support:

EMR System: MEDHOST

Support Staff: Collaborative support team available for both clinic and hospital rounds

Requirements:

Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology

Fellowship: Required

Certifications:
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS

Licensure:
- Active Arizona license or IMLC certification required

Credentialing Timeframe: Expedited, approximately 45 days with a clean history
