WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Flexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible clinic schedule of 22.5 hours per week, providing opportunities for a good work-life balance.


• Patient Contact Hours: Engage in a total of 36 patient contact hours per week, ensuring comprehensive patient care delivery.


• Call Responsibilities: Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call on a 1:4 rotation, collaborating with experienced physicians to provide continuity of care.


• Supervision of Nurse Practitioner: Assist in providing collaboration and supervision of Nurse Practitioners, contributing to a team-based approach to patient care.


• Average Patient Volume: See an average of 20 - 25 patients per day in the outpatient setting and manage an average inpatient volume of 2 - 3 patients per day.


• Average Deliveries: Perform an average of 5 - 6 deliveries per month at Franciscan Health Michigan City, contributing to comprehensive obstetric care.


• Advanced Technology: Benefit from blocked OR time with Da Vinci Robotics on site and access to ultrasound services, enhancing diagnostic and treatment capabilities.


• J1 Waivers and H1B Candidates Welcome: Welcome J1 waivers (for 2025 graduates) and H1B candidates, providing opportunities for international physicians to join our team.


• Convenient Location: Located just 45 minutes from downtown Chicago and in close proximity to Michigan, our practice offers convenience and accessibility to urban amenities.
