MOD Physician needed to fill an immediate position opening in a facility in Southern IL near Chester. The ideal candidate will conduct exams, provide or recommend treatment as well as Provide clinical direction to staff involved in direct care.
Additional Duties include, but are not limited to:
Devise initial treatment plan and make recommendations for treatment
Sign admission certificates
Perform admission history and physicals
