Details of the Opportunity: Seeking ENT Physician to work in a 344 bed tertiary hospital setting.

Reason for recruitment: Growth

Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) – integrated EMR system between clinic and hospital including imaging.

Clinic Details/Practice Support:
Administrative Support Staff
Each Physician has a MA or RN that works with them.

Schedule/Volume:
Expected Schedule: 8-4:30 Monday to Thursday and 8-2 Friday
Average Caseload: 20-25 patients/day
Patient Population: All ages

Hospital Details:
Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time
Both, but eligible for block time after 6 months
Surgical Robotics available

Call:
1 in 5 call
Hospital Call/ER Call - 1 in 7

Additional information:
Base Salary with 3-year guarantee
Quarterly production bonus wRVU
