Details of the Opportunity: Seeking OB/GYN Physician to work in a 344 bed tertiary hospital setting.

Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) – integrated EMR system between clinic and hospital including imaging.

Clinic Details/Practice Support:
Administrative Support Staff
Each Physician has a Nurse or MA that works with them on their shift.

Schedule/Volume:
Expected Schedule: 8-4:30 Monday to Thursday and 8-12 Friday
Average Caseload: 20-25 patients/day
Patient Population: All ages
Average total month for deliveries: 45-50 for total group
OB services to Gyn services: 50/50

Hospital Details:
Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time
Both, but eligible for block time after 6 months
Surgical Robotics available
Level 2 Nursey, more specialty care
2 infant ventilations
Will stabilize, but if requires more than a few hours, the patient will go to higher care.
No Midwives or Laborists currently

Call:
Each doc chooses to take their own practice call, but the others will cover at any time.
For example, you can say I only want to take 5 days of my own practice call this month and the partners will take it. This probably needs to be a discussion.

Base Salary with 3-year guarantee
