JOB OVERVIEW - Profession: Physician

FACILITY INFORMATION - EMR System: EPIC
- Patient Demographics: Adult
- Patients per day: Treatment volumes average 14 patients daily, approximately 8 consults per week and 20 follow ups
- Hospital Bed size: 100
- Support Staff: Oncology certified RN, physician access assistant, dietician, social worker, financial counselor, 4 radiation therapists averaging over 25 years of experience.
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Temporary Privileges Available: Available only for true urgent needs; must be approved at the beginning of the process; for non-complex / clean files only
- Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: PA license or IMLC LOQ
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Radiation Oncology
- DEA: PA address required
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Duties & Responsibilities - Normal radiation oncology operations (clinic, inpatient consult although very few) participation is tumor board, chart rounds
- Ensure all clinical documentation meets facility standards.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures regarding patient safety and radiation protocols.
