• Service Setting: Hospital / Outpatient Clinic
• Schedule: Full-Time (Schedule to be discussed)
• On-Call Expectations: 1:4 to 1:5 Call Rotation

PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
• Patient Demographics: Pediatrics
• Average Daily Volume / Census: 16–22 clinic patients per day; low inpatient census
• Admissions & Rounding: Included (limited inpatient care)
• Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
• Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Pediatrics, Newborn Care, Level II Nursery

FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
• Beds in Department/Unit: Level II Nursery available
• EMR System: Cerner
• Specialty Backup: Transfers supported to tertiary centers in Milwaukee, Madison, and Rockford
• Support Staff: Dedicated pediatric and clinical support team
• Leadership & Reporting Structure: Physician-led multi-specialty group
• Reason for Opening: Growth

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
• Board Requirements: BC/BE in Pediatrics
• DEA & Certifications: DEA, BLS, PALS (as required)
• Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS
• Base Salary: Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee
