- Comfortable continuing minimal opioid stable patient's med management; Migraine treatment with Botox is a plus.
- Bread & butter practice seeing patients with migraines, Parkinson, MS, follow-up stroke, seizures, neuropathy etc.
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info: Need a long-term consistent coverage.

Requirements:
• Active WI License or Universal License (IMLC)
• BC in Neurology
• BLS
• Required Procedures:
- Botulinum toxin administration (Botox)
