Requirements:
• Active MI License or willing to obtain
• BC in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• DEA & CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
• Clean Record
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-fellowship experience
