Join Our Critical Care Team as an ICU Registered Nurse – Night Shift!

What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, including proficiency in ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Ability to float confidently between units such as Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
- Excellent critical thinking and adaptability in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in diverse ICU settings beyond the required units
- Additional certifications or training in specialized ICU procedures
- Multilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher highly preferred
- At least 2 years of ICU experience, with recent high-acuity care
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work the night 3x12-hour shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) on a 36-hour weekly schedule
- Ability to operate within float policy, working across units of similar or lower acuity
- Ready to start on 06/29/2026 and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $59.18
