What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience with at least 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work 7 PM to 7:30 AM shifts with varying schedules.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Current AHA ACLS certification (preferred).
- Additional certifications in specialized areas of nursing.
- Prior experience in acute care or similar healthcare settings.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Minimum of two years recent experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.
Other Requirements:
- No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work a 13-week assignment at a 609F Acute Med - Med Surg unit.
