Join Our Dynamic Cath Lab Team as a Temp Registered Nurse (RN) – Days Shift in Lawton, OK!
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse ready to make a difference in a cutting-edge Cardiac Cath Lab setting? We are seeking a talented and compassionate Temp RN to join our comprehensive Cath Lab team in Lawton, OK. You'll work alongside cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and surgeons to deliver lifesaving cardiac and peripheral procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in a state-of-the-art environment while providing critical patient care for our Southwest Oklahoma community.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Valid RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- Proven experience in cardiac or interventional radiology settings
- Proficiency with monitoring devices such as Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and atherectomy tools
- Ability to monitor patients effectively during procedures including stress tests
- Strong understanding of patient care pre- and post-procedure
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work an 8-hour day shift with rotating call coverage during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Siemens Artis Zee C-arms
- Familiarity with McKesson CPACS, Hemodynamic Systems, and other cardiology software
- Prior experience with stenting, thrombectomy, atherectomy, pacemaker insertion, and AV graft procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of RN experience in Cardiovascular, Cath Lab, or related specialties
- Certifications such as ACLS and BLS are highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to rotate between various departmental duties including patient transport and pre/post-procedure support
- Covering shifts on holidays and after-hours as part of rotating call schedule
- Travel reimbursement and licensure/certification costs covered when applicable
