Travel Inpatient Adult Physical Therapist jobs in Santa Clara, CA offer a 13-week assignment with a start date as soon as possible. You will work Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., providing physical therapy to adult inpatients. Your responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and mobility. A current California Physical Therapist license and inpatient experience are required.
