What You'll Do:
As an Audiologist with us, you'll diagnose hearing impairments, conduct comprehensive audiometric testing, and develop personalized treatment plans. You'll assist patients in choosing and fitting hearing aids or other assistive devices, ensuring they receive the best possible care for improved quality of life. Your expertise will directly contribute to patient success and community health.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Audiology license and certification from the LA Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
- Certification from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Proven experience in audiometric testing and hearing rehabilitation
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
- Ability to accept first-time travelers and adapt to new environments seamlessly
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
- Familiarity with advanced audiological equipment and technology
- Bilingual abilities in relevant languages
- Prior experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics and adults
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in audiology or related fields
- Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to accept travel assignments and accommodate shift schedules (Day shift, 5x8 hours, 08:00 - 16:30)
- Acceptance of start date on or around 06/08/2026
- Eligible for licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements, including paid sick time in accordance with law
