Join Our Team as a Temp Occupational Therapist (OT) in Long Term Care – Ada, OK!

Required Skills:
- Current OT license and state certification (NBCOT preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
- Experience with standardized assessments and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans
- Proficient documentation skills adhering to regulatory and clinical standards
- Ability to evaluate patient progress and modify treatments accordingly
- Familiarity with DME and therapeutic supplies management
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation settings
- Supervisory experience supporting OT assistants, aides, or students
- Additional certifications in modalities or assistive devices
- Bilingual abilities or cultural competency in diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Prior experience working in LTC or similar healthcare environments
- Demonstrated success in multidisciplinary team collaboration
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on or before June 15, 2026
- Ability to obtain necessary DME supplies and equipment
- Willingness to participate in facility meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
- Adherence to NBCOT, state regulations, and our company's code of conduct and ethics
