Required Skills:
- Valid State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant

- Strong assessment and communication skills to evaluate patient progress and coordinate care
- Ability to accurately document treatment sessions and patient information
- Effective team collaboration and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in long-term care or similar healthcare settings
- Prior supervision of students or ancillary staff
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting or related field
- Previous experience in long-term care or outpatient rehabilitation preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- Active and valid state licensure
- Ability to work scheduled daytime hours
- Willingness to participate in facility trainings and team meetings
