Required Skills:
- Valid and active Physical Therapist licensure in Massachusetts
- Proven experience in physical therapy, especially in long-term care or rehabilitation settings

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
- Proficient in electronic medical records documentation and regulatory compliance
Nice to Have Skills:

- Familiarity with wound care, assistive device training, and manual therapy techniques
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in a long-term care or similar environment
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on June 15, 2026
- Willingness to adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and professional practice standards
- Ability to travel to the Haverhill, MA facility and obtain necessary supplies or equipment as required
