What You’ll Do:
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver expert respiratory care, support patient recovery, and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes. Your night shift expertise will be essential in providing uninterrupted, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.
Required Skills:
- Valid and current Respiratory Therapist license and/or certification (RRT preferred)
- Proven experience in adult respiratory care and ventilator management
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently during night hours
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting during night shifts
- CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a hospital environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Willingness to adhere to facility policies and attend mandatory training
- Must have appropriate licensure, certifications, and necessary travel reimbursements when applicable
