Position Overview

Locum tenens advanced practice coverage supporting Urology clinic and hospital based work (per Order notes)

Scope includes urology clinic and procedural support, including cystoscopy and surgical assist as referenced in the Order notes (per Order notes)

Patient age group noted as 17 plus (per Order notes)

EMR: Epic (per Order notes)

Required Qualifications

NP preferred in the Order notes, with ability to work independently referenced (per Order notes)

Active Washington license required to present. IMLC not accepted per Order notes (per Order notes)

Certifications: BLS and ACLS (per Order notes)

Recent clinical activity documentation or case logs for the prior 24 months are required (per Order notes)

Practice Setting
