Hematology Physician
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: Day 8;On Call
Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00
This facility is seeking a Hematology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: Clinical hours 8a-5:30 pm, plus Call. Call rotation every 4th or 5th week.
- Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient/Telehealth
- Types of Cases: Trauma level 3, 36-hour patient care/ambulatory clinic coverage per week, Call-Hospital visits Monday-Friday for new consults, Saturday and/or Sunday for rounding only
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
- Certifications Required: Board Certified, Fellowship Required, Basic Life Support certifications (BLS)
- Licensure Required: Indiana State Medical License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure
