Internal Medicine Opportunity in Oregon

Pay Rate: $325000.00 - $325000.00
An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking strong compensation, quality of life, and the ability to practice patient-centered medicine within a community-focused health system.
Position Highlights- 100% outpatient Internal Medicine
- Adult-only patient panel
- Established patient base with strong community need
- Collaborative, team-based primary care environment
- Rural Health Clinic setting with strong clinical support
- Lean, physician-led culture with strong APP collaboration
- Opportunity to care for more medically complex chronic disease populations
- Flexible, relationship-driven practice model
Schedule & Call- Monday–Friday schedule
- Expected patient volume: 18–20/day
- Shared clinic call rotation
- Very light phone-only call burden
- Most after-hours concerns handled through nurse triage service
Compensation & Benefits- $325K base salary
- RVU incentive opportunity
- $25K sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance available
- 34 days PTO year one
- CME allowance + licensure reimbursement

Candidate Requirements- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
- New graduates welcome
- Comfortable managing chronic disease and medically complex adult patients
- Strong communication and team-oriented mindset
