Position Overview

Outpatient primary care coverage focused on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention (per Order notes)

Required Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited program (per Order notes)

Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (per Order notes). IM preferred or IM with Geriatric experience preferred. 

Licensure requirements for the state of jurisdiction (per Order notes)

Experience requirement noted as 5 or more years (per Order notes)

TB screening required for the selected provider (per Order notes)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and manage a variety of health related problems in an outpatient setting (per Order notes)

Maintain medical histories and records, and refer to specialists as needed (per Order notes)
