Description
Annashae is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide services at a medical center in Springfield, IL. Responsibilities will include providing monthly progress notes on patients and describing changes in mental status, behavior and psychopharmacotherapy. You will also be responsible for providing thorough and timely psychiatric evaluations within 24 hours of patient admission to the facility.
Additional Duties include, but are not limited to:• Meet at least monthly with patients to review their medication, explain reasons for the choice of medications and other issues (as required)
• Maintain awareness of the Department and Facility rules, policies and procedures as required
