• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4p, 2 clinic days, 3 OR days, rotating weekend coverage, weeknight and weekend call
• Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Gynecology Oncology, 10-15 clinic visits per day, 2-4 surgical cases per OR day
• Credentialing: 90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified
• Certifications: DEA, CSR
• Licensure: Active Indiana license required
