Must be willing to float between the 3 total clinics in Laredo

CEREC for crowns in most locations
Must be comfortable seeing Pediatric patients
No new grads
Must be enrolled with Medicaid
60 days typically to enroll with payors

• Days and hours needed: 5 days a week (monday through friday, or tuesday through saturday. can rotate like that.) 10-6 Monday through Friday. Saturday 9-2
• Length of contract: 6 months
• How many patients per day: Averaging anywhere from 35-40 patients a day
• Procedures: Exts, crowns, fills, prophys, srps
• How many chairs: 3 exam rooms 7 operatories
• What type of support staff is present: 6 General Dental Assistant's, 1 Specialty DA, 1 Ortho DA
• Number of Hygienists on staff?: We do not use hygienists, we have dental assistants and 6

• EMR: Open Dental
• Types of technology used for treatment: Overjet.ai
• DEA required: No but preferred
• MUST have TX License in hand
• Need to be enrolled in Medicaid. Will help with that process if not.
