Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent Pediatric Primary Care position in Long Branch, New Jersey. This role provides the opportunity to deliver comprehensive pediatric care in a supportive clinical setting, working alongside pediatricians and a dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Provide guidance and education to parents and guardians regarding preventive care and healthy growth
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Qualifications:
Current NP or PA license in New Jersey (or ability to obtain)
Certification in Pediatrics required or relevant experience in pediatric care
Experience in primary care or pediatric practice preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
