Location: Page, Arizona Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages

Participate in community health initiatives and quality improvement projects Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
