Key Responsibilities:
Provide medical care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
Lead resuscitation efforts and manage neonatal intensive care treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OB, pediatrics, and nursing
Participate in family consultations, quality improvement, and teaching opportunities

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatology
Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
Excellent communication and leadership skills
NRP certification required
