Position: Permanent MD/DO – Emergency Medicine
Location: Athens, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:
Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.
Perform a wide range of emergency procedures, including intubation, suturing, splinting, central line placement, and resuscitation.
Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and hospital personnel to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Work scheduled shifts that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Document all patient encounters thoroughly and in compliance with hospital standards.

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (MD/DO).
Eligible for Ohio medical licensure.
Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; experience in community or academic emergency departments preferred.
