Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a dynamic electrophysiology department supporting a diverse patient population.
Position Details:
- Start Date: 09/01/2026
- Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible)
- Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts
- Hours per Week: 40
- Patient Load: Approximately 18 patients per day
- Department: Intervention/Electrophysiology
- Practice Settings: Academic training, clinic, and hospital
Responsibilities:
- Support a clinical team in electrophysiology procedures
- Assist with post-operative patient care for procedures such as Pacemaker and ICD implants, Loop recorders, and Ablations
- Collaborate closely with physicians and staff to deliver excellent patient care
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Valid Licensure, DEA registration
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Prior experience in cardiology/interventional/electrophysiology preferred
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days; temporary options available with a clean file
