Physical Therapist – Home Health (Day Shift, Mon–Fri)
North-Central Iowa

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our home health team in the north-central Iowa area. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), giving you the balance of professional fulfillment and personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy services to patients in their homes.

• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans to support rehabilitation goals.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care professionals.

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies.

• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist in Iowa.

• Previous home health or outpatient experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• A passion for patient-centered care and helping individuals regain independence.
