Inpatient Physical Therapist – Full-Time (Day Shift, M–F with Rotating Weekends)
Coastal New England Island

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in a close-knit island community off the coast of New England. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with rotating weekend and holiday coverage. To help with relocation, a 6-month housing stipend is available for those moving to the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy for patients in an inpatient setting.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize recovery outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.

• Document patient progress accurately and meet compliance standards.

• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and mobility techniques.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.

• Experience in inpatient, acute care, or hospital-based therapy preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
