A full-time Manager of Radiation Therapy position is available in a progressive, patient-centered oncology care setting located in Palm Desert, California. Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the radiation therapy department, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient treatment delivery

• Supervise and mentor a team of radiation therapists and support staff

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including radiation safety protocols

• Collaborate with dosimetrists, physicists, and radiation oncologists to support individualized treatment plans

• Optimize department workflows, scheduling, and staffing

• Lead initiatives in quality improvement, staff education, and process development

• Manage equipment QA and contribute to budget planning and strategic operations

• Support recruitment, orientation, and ongoing performance evaluation of therapy staff
