Job Overview:

We are seeking multiple skilled and motivated Physical Therapists for a 13-week outpatient contract in sunny Tucson, Arizona. This is a great opportunity for therapists looking to gain experience in a high-volume orthopedic setting while exploring the desert landscapes and vibrant culture of Southern Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on outpatient orthopedic care
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
Treat 12–14 patients per day; follow-up visits may be double-booked
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinic staff to deliver comprehensive care
Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
Outpatient ortho experience preferred
New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome
Must be able to commit to the full duration of the contract
No on-call or weekend responsibilities
No floating to other clinics
Overtime must be pre-approved by the clinic director
