Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient therapy team in Mount Pleasant, MI on a 13-week locum tenens contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient orthopedic care and specialized skills in pelvic health and/or dry needling.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, treat, and manage a diverse patient population including orthopedic, pelvic floor, and post-surgical cases
Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practice
Maintain a productivity standard of 60 visits per week
See 12–14 patients daily with double-booking of follow-up appointments as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation
Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan
Outpatient experience preferred
Experience or interest in pelvic health and dry needling strongly preferred
New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
Must commit to the full contract duration
No on-call, weekend, or clinic floating requirements
All overtime must be approved by clinic director
