   Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

   CHOOSE YOUR INCENTIVE:
With a 2-year contract post-orientation and 2+ years’ experience:
    $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
OR
    Up to $5,000 in Student Loan Forgiveness

   EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy

• RRT or CRT certification through the NBRC

• Tennessee license as an RRT or CRT

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
    • (NRP not required for PRN positions)

   EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Hospital experience with medical/surgical, pediatric, neonatal, and critical care patients

• Supervisory experience a plus

• Familiarity with ECGs and other diagnostic procedures
