Need a Physical Therapist for a Physical Therapist traveler position in Ohio!
Physical Therapist / PT
Traveler position
Majority Outpatient, but willingness/flexibility to work Inpatient also
Experience in outpatient needed; inpatient settings a plus
Job responsibilities: Evaluation and treat patients. Perform assessments, reassessments, progress notes. Clinic support as needed.
3-5 month assignment, possible extension
Coverage Hours needed: 40 hours/week; 5 – 8 hr shifts or 4 – 10 hour shifts; Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday 7:00a-6:30p, Friday 7:00a-5:30p
Meditech - will train onsite
40 hours guaranteed
Sidney, Ohio area
Ohio license or compact eligible required
